Therapy Rooted in Connection
I believe that meaningful therapy begins with a meaningful relationship.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and person-centered. I take time to understand each client's individual experiences, strengths, needs, and goals rather than approaching therapy with a predetermined formula.
Whether you're working through a difficult experience, feeling stuck, navigating a transition, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, I want therapy to be a place where you feel heard and supported.
At the same time, I believe therapy can gently challenge us when we're ready for something to change. My role is not simply to listen, but to walk alongside you, offer perspective, teach skills, and help you move toward the life you want.
My Approach
I incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches based on each client's individual needs. My work may include person-centered therapy, trauma-informed approaches, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), and other therapeutic techniques.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I work to understand the person behind them.
Together, we may explore:
How past experiences influence the present
Patterns that may be keeping you stuck
Ways to better understand and manage emotions
Skills for coping with stress and difficult situations
Strengths you may not recognize in yourself
Ways to build greater confidence and resilience
What meaningful change looks like for you
Therapy is collaborative. We work together—not therapist and patient, but two people working toward the same goal.
