Feel Better, Live Brighter

You don’t have to navigate it all alone.

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or navigating a difficult transition. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin moving toward meaningful change.

Compassionate. Person-centered. Individualized.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're not sure what to expect.

First, we'll get to know each other.

Our first sessions are an opportunity for us to get to know each other, what's bringing you to therapy, and what you'd like to be different. This space is designed to feel comfortable for you, if you need you can recline, use a blanket, or even a fidget.

Then, we'll create a plan together.

We'll identify goals that are meaningful to you and determine what approaches may be most helpful. We can be flexible here, goals may change as you change. You do not have to fit into a box, some strategies will help some won’t. Communication is key.

From there, we'll work at your pace.

Therapy isn't a race. Some sessions may involve processing difficult experiences, while others may focus on practical strategies, insight, or simply having space to be heard. You are in charge and I will follow your lead. Together we will explore past, present, and sometimes future.

Most importantly, you don't have to figure it out alone.

I'll be there to support you, offer guidance, and sometimes gently challenge you as you work toward your goals. My goal is to create a safe and sacred space for you to work through what you feel is blocking you.

Wherever You Are in Your Story

I work with individuals across the lifespan who may be experiencing:

Anxiety

When worry, fear, or racing thoughts begin to interfere with everyday life, therapy can help you understand what's underneath the anxiety and develop healthier ways of coping.

Depression

Depression can make even everyday tasks feel difficult. Therapy can provide support while helping you reconnect with yourself, your relationships, and the things that matter to you.

Trauma

You may continue to experience the effects of something difficult long after it happened. Therapy can help you process those experiences in a safe and supportive environment.

Grief & Loss

Grief doesn't follow a predictable timeline. Therapy can provide space to process loss while learning how to move forward without feeling like you have to leave your grief behind.

Life Transitions

Change can be exciting, challenging, or both. Whether you're navigating a new stage of life, family changes, school concerns, or another transition, therapy can help you find your footing.

Self-Esteem & Personal Growth

Therapy doesn't have to begin with a crisis. Sometimes you simply want to understand yourself better, feel more confident, or create meaningful changes in your life.
